These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of LibertaERP, a business management system developed by Contare Technology. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• “Platform” refers to LibertaERP and all its modules.
• “User” refers to any individual or entity using the system.
• “Organization” refers to the company or institution registered on LibertaERP.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities performed under your account.

4. Use of the Platform

LibertaERP must be used strictly for lawful business operations. You agree not to misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system performance or security.

5. Data & Privacy

We take data protection seriously. Business data belongs to the organization that created it. LibertaERP implements reasonable security measures but does not guarantee absolute data security.

6. Financial & Compliance Features

LibertaERP includes financial, accounting, payroll, and compliance tools (including Zambia-specific features such as PAYE). These tools assist with compliance but do not replace professional legal or accounting advice.

7. Availability & Backups

While we strive for high availability, access to the platform may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. Automated backups are provided, but users are encouraged to maintain independent backups.

8. Limitation of Liability

Contare Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use LibertaERP, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or abusive activities.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of LibertaERP after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
